Mental Health
A place for support, encouragement, and trusted mental health resources for every season of life.
At Christian Cultural Center, we believe mental health matters. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this page exists to connect you with practical resources, trusted support, and helpful next steps. Here you’ll find articles, referrals, crisis support information, counseling resources, and tools designed to support emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, because no matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to carry it alone.
Referral Guide
This downloadable resource includes a curated list of mental health professionals, counseling services, crisis support resources, and community organizations throughout New York. While these referrals are provided as a helpful starting point, they are external resources intended to assist individuals and families in finding additional care, support, and guidance when needed.
Resources
Crisis Support
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or thoughts of self-harm, immediate support is available.
Call or text 988 to connect with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, where trained counselors are available 24/7 to provide confidential support, guidance, and help in finding the next right step.
You do not have to face this alone.
Need Prayer?
We’d love to pray with you. Philippians 4:6 reminds us not to be anxious, rather to bring our requests to God.
